TeamCity is a popular CI/CD product provided by Jetbrains. This plugin integrates TeamCity with IBM Cloud. It allows users to configure TeamCity cloud images with parameters necessary for IBM Cloud, start and manage VSIs via the TeamCity UI, and run TeamCity builds on IBM Cloud infrastructure.
